Concrete Cure & Prime
(Primecure 90)
CRP'PRIMECURE 90'
CRP’PRIMECURE 90′ is a blend of bitumen and hydrocarbon resins emulsified in water. The impervious film formed by PRIMECURE 90 prevents excessive water evaporation, promotes efficient cement hydration, minimises shrinkage whilst increasing durability of the concrete

Eco-Cure™
Eco-Cure™ is an environmental liquid membrane compound manufactured for use on concrete Road and Highway Construction. Eco-Cure™ is the first of its kind and a unique curing compound that does not contain Hydrocarbons like Resins and Mineral Spirits. Eco-Cure™ has been proven to have better performance than the traditional Hydrocarbon based curing compounds.
BENEFITS
- Environmentally friendly
- Contains no harmful chemicals
- Achieves water retention of 90% or greater
- Increased abrasion resistance
- Eliminates the need for curing by ponded water,
- damp hessian or polythene sheeting
- Reduces concrete dusting and plastic shrinkage
- One coat application
- Equipment washable in water
- May have red fugitive dye added
ADVANTAGES
Eco-Cure™ was formulated to meet the stringent environmental requirements of the “green” construction methods. After 7 years of research and numerous testing procedures Eco-Cure™ was shown to have the following advantages over existing curing systems.
- No solvents, hydrocarbons or resins of any type
- No wax or wax based additives
- No odour before or after application
- No staining of clothing or equipment
- No “sticky” residue
- No environmental problems from residue waste or spillage
- No “health” issues for personnel
- No adhesion problems with after trades
- No discoloration of the concrete surface
- No blockage of spray equipment
CRP'C30'
CRP'FRW'
CRP C30 is a wax-based, sprayable curing compound formulated to cure freshly laid concrete. It is a low medium viscosity, white pigmented emulsion of specially blended waxes. CRP C30 meets the requirements of AS3799 for moisture retention in liquid membrane curing compounds.
Uses
CRP’FRW’ is suitable as a release agent for construction sites. CRP FRW can be applied to timber, steel or fibreglass moulds and formworks.
