Eco-Cure™

Eco-Cure™ is an environmental liquid membrane compound manufactured for use on concrete Road and Highway Construction. Eco-Cure™ is the first of its kind and a unique curing compound that does not contain Hydrocarbons like Resins and Mineral Spirits. Eco-Cure™ has been proven to have better performance than the traditional Hydrocarbon based curing compounds.

CRP'C30'

CRP C30 is a wax-based, sprayable curing compound formulated to cure freshly laid concrete. It is a low medium viscosity, white pigmented emulsion of specially blended waxes. CRP C30 meets the requirements of AS3799 for moisture retention in liquid membrane curing compounds.

CRP'FRW'

CRP C30 is a wax-based, sprayable curing compound formulated to cure freshly laid concrete. It is a low medium viscosity, white pigmented emulsion of specially blended waxes. CRP C30 meets the requirements of AS3799 for moisture retention in liquid membrane curing compounds.

Uses

CRP’FRW’ is suitable as a release agent for construction sites. CRP FRW can be applied to timber, steel or fibreglass moulds and formworks.

CRP'LDH'

CRP’L’ Aqueous Solution is a chemically blended aqueous solution, free of chlorides, especially formulated to enhance the properties of the concrete by surface application during curing and after hardening.

CRP'LW'

CRP’LW’ is a chloride free, surface applied aqueous solution, especially formulated as a Penetrative Waterproofing Corrosion Inhibitor (for steel reinforcement) that significantly increases the surface hardness of old and new (hardening and hardened) concrete. After application the CRP’LW’ remains active in the concrete body to provide in contact with water, self-generative healing properties to seal future hairline cracks.

CRP'EC20'

CRP’EC20′ is a water-base formulation and environmental alternative to asphalt emulsions. Thus, CRP’EC20′ is an alternative to Prime Coats, PCE (Prime Cure Emulsion), AEP (Asphalt Emulsion Prime), prime emulsions, and tack coats (EAP&T). CRP’EC20′ membrane forming technology, allows the product to cure, seal, and form a bond in stabilized bases. Unlike traditional asphalt emulsions and tack coats, CRP’EC20′ does not contain hydrocarbons or solvent agents like Benzenes, Mineral Spirits, Kerosene, or Petroleum Oils.

CRP X40

CRP X40 is a blend of resins and surfactants emulsified in water and are specially formulated to cure freshly laid concrete. The impervious film formed by CRP X40 prevents excessive water evaporation, promotes efficient cement hydration, minimises shrinkage whilst increasing durability of the concrete surface.
